This was the second message in a two part series on God's sovereign decree that DEMANDS "ALL MEN to be SAVED." This is another "problem passage" that the natural mind takes out of context, seeking to use it to prove the heresies of the universal love of God to all men and God's DESIRE or WISH that all men would be saved.
