So many of us live our lives looking in the rear view mirror so to speak. If only I had done this, or if only my parents took better care of me are narratives that many of use carry around. These conversations have us living in a past that cannot be changed. We find ourselves mulling over situations that are not able to be resolved.

When we look at our current state of our lives, all of our needs are met. There is a difference between what we want and what we need. We may want this or that, but all of our needs are met. We are far more fortunate than we may realized. There are many who would gladly trade places with us. We are far more blessed than we realize.
