Born in L.A. and raised between Paris and L.A., Cyril Wohrer (aka, Chandra) has a B.A in Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters in the Study of Religion from Oxford University. He is an ordained minister, since 1997, in Krishna West, an order of the International Society for Krishna consciousness.
