Hey all! We back!

A week ago, my dear friend Sonrose reached out asking for an uptempo hip-hop mix for her 'Barefoot Bootcamp' Instagram Live class. Normally for these I go into it with some form of a concept, but I just took that direction and ran with it. This one is shot from the hip, so I do apologize in advance for the reuse of some  songs! 

I promise the next installment will be completely new music!
