Dance and cheer at Carlsbad High School is serious business. Each member works hard to learn each choreographed move and technique for the betterment of the team. Brooke Parrish is a senior captain for the dance team at CHS and has been doing it for a long time. Her leadership has kept her team sharp throughout the fall semester. Emilee Good does both dance and cheer so getting breaks are a foreign concept for her. This was a fun episode.

Abbey Dugan has been an outstanding athlete in Carlsbad since she started on varsity as an 8th grader. Though she would never tell you this, she is one of the best soccer players Carlsbad has ever seen. Somehow she has been able to balance her sports training and school to a point of being 2nd in her class.
Abbey will be playing soccer for Hardin Simmons University next year.
Did anyone see the horrendous Dwyane Wade statue? Apparently, it goes deeper than a bad job. We build our own mancaves and the Dodgers take the World Series for Jeremy. Oh, we also find out who has bad taste in candy of the group...

The Cavemen are heading into their final regular season game with a 4-5 record. They will face the Hobbs Eagles at Ralph Bowyer Stadium in Carlsbad with every expectation to finish the game with a win. Can they do it?

The Cavemen have been able to outperform the win column from last year with 3 games remaining in the season. Lennon and Colton believe that each of their wins came from one superstitious tradition before games. Lennon and Colton are the first sophomores to join the "Coach's Show." These two impact players have put in lots of work to start at the varsity level and they have their sights set on collegiate athletics.

Kason Perez has already broken two game records this year and tied a third. Bobby Castenada has broken the "Most Receiving Yards In A Game" record as well. They both have seen a huge amount of growth from last year in terms of chemistry, skill, and strength to lead the Cavemen offense. Carlsbad has geared up for the 4-0 Centennial Hawks on a short week in Las Cruces and the boys give us their pre-game plans, favorite things, and role models, plus more!
