August was such a powerful month, talking to four amazingly powerful ladies, where do we go from here?

To be honest the only answer i had was friends... They are always there for you dont you think?

Well if all fails, invite my brotha from anotha mother into the studio. AKA George Vincent. Its always good to catch up on the old times with buddies. We had a good chat about Body boarding, Mountain Biking, Snorkeling and visiting places in Cornwall....
