In a world of chaos and fast-paced everything, Nikki Love-Adkins, along with her business partner/best friend Stephanie offer solace for an hour and twenty minutes at a time in their Sumits Hot Yoga studio. She's a devoted mom, business owner and blissful wife, and somehow makes time to make everyone she encounters feel like they're the most important person in the world.
