Janet and Ernie discuss her attempts to adapt Dr. Gary Sweeten's Apples of Gold relational training during Season 4 of The Great Reset. They both agreed it was an incredible learning experience, but Ernie felt that one of the key learnings was that the "education" paradigm does not work well for a peer group of adults.  Instead, he advocated re-integrating content around concrete problems the "user" cares about, rather than trying to aggregate users around a pre-defined curriculum.
