For better or for worse you are what you repeatedly do. Destiny is not a mystery; destiny is what you repeatedly do. We've heard it said, people don’t decide their future. They decide their habits and their habits decide their future. We are all creatures of habit. So, we must deconstruct our habits every now and again to make sure our habits are helping not hurting.
