This week, I sit down with a professional dancer who has been in motion since the age of six. As a longtime member of the MoonDance group, she’s dedicated nearly 20 years to her craft — a journey filled with passion, discipline, and an unshakable love for dance.

We talked about her daily lifestyle as a dancer, how it all started in childhood, and the way dance has shaped every chapter of her life. She shared the beautiful highs of representing our country on the world stage — not just once, but multiple times, which is an incredible honor in itself. And she also spoke about the painful lows — like the devastating injury that struck just before the World Championship. In this conversation, she opens up about how she survived that moment: the physical recovery, the emotional rollercoaster, and the mental battles that nearly broke her. And most importantly, how she turned that pain into strength and found her way back.

Our discussion didn’t stop at dance. We went deeper into life itself — from environmental issues and society, to the complexities of relationships between men and women, to the struggles of navigating phases in life that aren’t always easy or happy. She spoke honestly about the lessons she’s learned, the resilience she’s built, and how she carries it all into her art.

In this episode, I sit down with a powerhouse: a professional women’s basketball player who just won the 2025–2026 Women’s League Championship and is now representing our country on the world stage. What makes her story even more incredible? She’s only 18/19 years old — a true rising star already making her mark. On top of that, she’s also a university student — balancing lectures, assignments, and exams with the intense grind of pro sports.

We start by diving into her daily and weekly routines, where basketball is always at the center but studying sneaks in between practices, late-night workouts, and team travels. She’s still adjusting to student life, which makes her story even more relatable and inspiring. And not only can she dominate in traditional 5x5 games, but she also shines in 3x3 basketball — a rare skill that sets her apart.

One of the most powerful parts of our conversation is her journey through injury and recovery. She opens up about the exact moment she got the news, the heartbreak of stepping away from the court, the surgery, and the long healing process. Hearing how she handled it — physically, mentally, and spiritually — is raw and moving. You can almost feel what it was like for her to lace up again and take that first step back onto the court.

Episode 36 – From Words to Worlds: Life in Draft Mode

In this episode, I sit down with an incredibly talented guest — a freelance copywriter specializing in movies, a poet, a movie producer, and the admin of the Phoenix Tsotan’s Diary Facebook page. She wears so many hats it’s almost unfair.

We kicked things off with her brand-new daily routine as she dives into the freelance writing world — a lifestyle that’s as exciting as it is unpredictable. From there, we went way back into her childhood memories: what kind of kid she was, how she first realized she was good at writing, and the moment she thought, Maybe I could even act… or produce movies.

Our talk then branched into society, the environment, and how people engage with one another. We explored why she chose her profession as a political scientist  and how her university years shaped the way she thinks. She also opened up about why she started writing in-depth reviews of movies and books — something she’s practically mastered at this point.

One of the deepest parts of our conversation was about mental health — the struggles, the lessons, and how her journey to Japan became a turning point during a battle with depression. She spoke openly about her experiences there, and the kind of self-discovery that only comes when you’re far from home and forced to face yourself.

Of course, we couldn’t skip talking about love. Her perspective on relationships between men and women was refreshingly honest, and one story stuck with me: “Even if there’s no one to love you, you can still love yourself. You can even hug yourself.” Beautiful.

We kick it off with a guy who’s been dropping reels every day — day 230 out of 365 — keeping it 100% honest about his life, no filters, no BS. People watch because he’s not afraid to show the good, the bad, and the ups and downs parts of everyday life.

Our chat flows into his childhood and high school, where he shares what shaped him — the dreams, struggles, and moments that made him who he is. Then, we get real about society: the good vibes like community, creativity, and people trying to be authentic; but also the dark sides — fake flex culture, jealousy, constant comparison, and how social content sometimes feeds into all that.

Episode 34 – “Writer of Her Own Story”

In this episode, I sit down with a writer and content creator whose work feels both grounded and quietly powerful. She’s part of UB Life, a startup that creates relatable, creative content for our generation — from “what song are you listening to?” to “what’s your all-time favorite movie?” (aka my personal fave kind of storytelling).

We talk about her daily routine, what drives her work, and the joy she finds in creating content that connects. The conversation naturally flows into her childhood — the sweet and the tough parts — and how that led her to study psychology in university.

In this episode, I’m joined by one of the most uniquely inspiring women I’ve ever had the chance to sit down with — Muur.Eej, also known as who is nail. While many know her for her stunning nail art, she’s honestly so much more than just her craft. She’s a makeup artist, clothing designer, storyteller, and a quietly powerful presence in every room she walks into. On top of all that? She’s one of the kindest, warmest, and chillest people you could ever meet — the kind of guest that makes time feel slower in the best way.

This episode feels a little different — in the best way. My guest is one of the very few men I’ve had on this season, and he’s someone you probably already follow: the admin behind the well-known Instagram page @thekane, filled with Mongolian poetry, quotes, and emotional reflections.

We kicked things off talking about his childhood and high school days, and from there, we went deep into something I’ve never explored before on the pod — his experience in the army. He shared the ups, the downs, and how it really felt, mentally and emotionally.
