All Things Are Possible... But Not for You?

Listen Later

I’m tired of Christians saying they believe in God, but believe His promises are for other people.

So many believers would never say something is impossible out loud... yet they still believe it in their hearts.

Success is for other people.

Joy is for other people.

Fulfilled dreams are for other people.

Scripture doesn’t support that thinking. Not even a little.

In this episode, I walk through one of the most repeated, deliberate promises Jesus made: Ask, and you shall receive. Not once. Not twice. Over and over again. In sermons. In private instruction. In moments of impossibility. In responses to doubt. And instead of softening the promise, Jesus escalates it.

Scriptures are clear: God is no respecter of persons. He doesn’t love someone else more than He loves you. He doesn't give blessings to other people and withhold them from you.

So the real question isn’t whether God can do it.

It’s whether you actually believe Him... or just believe IN Him.

If you’ve ever prayed while expecting disappointment, or believed God could act but assumed He wouldn’t—especially for you—this conversation is for you.
