If there's one thing we can learn from the story of Joshua, it's to follow the Lord's commands and stay committed to His word. When the baton was given to Joshua to lead the Israelites to the Promise Land, God repeatedly told him, "Be strong and courageous". Even though Joshua was equipped after serving Moses until his death, God still saw fit to remind a great leader to be confident and remain in Him.
