Episode 15  All things opportunity zones & ADUOZFUND w/ Real Estate  Attorney, Adam Stone. Now most of you who have followed my previous episodes know we have talked about How to implement this ADU strategy both in residential & Multifamily space. On this episode we wanted to introduce the third option which is opportunity zones. Adam is the Owner of ADUOZFUND, a fund which is hyper focused on accessory dwelling units in opportunity zones. This was definitely a high level conversation, a lot of creative exit strategies were discussed, 1031 exchange vs. opportunity zones.
