Nicole Rawling, Executive Director and Co-Founder of Material Innovation Initiative (MII), an organization that fast tracks the development of next-generation sustainable materials, joins us for an upbeat conversation about plant-based materials and foods. Nicole parted with her upstanding career as a lawyer, to serve first as Director of International Engagement at The Good Food Institute, and then to accelerating innovation within the fashion sector by Co-Founding MII.
