The negative impact that stereotyping has on individuals is extremely dangerous. Black women have been victims of stereotyping  especially in the mainstream culture. Stereotypes such as aggressive, hostile, hot tempered, strong and difficult have negatively affected black women and their mental health. In this episode we discuss what stereotypes we've encountered and the various ways we can change the narrative of the "angry black woman".
