Today I am joined with Kate Morton, CEO and Founder of Funk It Wellness. Kate began her journey through wellness as a Registered Dietician. After working in a hospital setting, she moved to New Zealand, stopped her birth control, and found herself really needing to find real solutions to her period probs, not temporary band-aids.
