One month is in the books on the 2022 college football season. As teams are no longer able to hide behind weak non-conference schedules, we start to gain a better idea as to who is a true contender in their respective conference. Veteran quarterbacks are starting to take center stage as they lead surprise teams to promising starts. Is there a new toughest division?  Is west coast football here to stay? The Big 12 may be a year early as the deepest conference in the sport.
