  • 12: Allegedly... Teddi Mellencamp Wants YOU to go ALL IN... on Starvation
Another week, another deep dive... trigger warning: today's episode we discuss eating disorders and diet programs at great length.

Unfortunately, this podcast was recorded because of one individual: Teddi Mellencamp. A daughter, mother, housewife, celebrity and self-professed "accountability coach". Teddi has spoken out about her own negative journey w/ food & she is NOW inflicting that pain on hundreds (if not thousands) of others!! Masking it with something that we like to call the, “Hey Girl!” mentality.

    Allegedly, Teddi requires:
    - daily weigh ins
    - intake of 500-700 calories per day
    - 60 minutes of cardio per day
    - NO weight training
    - bathing suit pictures
    - photo proof of every meal
    - A large amount of money
    - 24/7 communication
    - approved social media posts

... what more do you need? Don't worry, there's more (and we have the receipts):

    1. All In IG Highlight
    2. Selling Starvation: The Shameful Case of Teddi Mellencamp
    3. Dietitian Reviews Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Teddi Melencamp's "ALL IN" (This is SO DANGEROUS!)

During this episode, we acknowledge that Teddi's "All In" Program is apart of a much larger problem. That as a society, we have instilled the ideology of eating disorders and negative food associations into the minds of our youth. If you or someone you know has suffered from an eating disorder and needs help, please call the NEDA hotline at: (800) 931-2237.

  • 10: Allegedly... we have a whistle blower
Another day, another deep dive... except today's episode features a VERY special guest: Larry Ross. ⁣
    ⁣
Who is Larry? A former Beachbody Coach turned whistle blower. In this interview, Larry spills the beans on their 2 and a half year journey with Beachbody. How it affected them, how they were groomed, manipulated, tricked, scammed, and put into $50k worth of debt... and a lifetime of healing. Larry's interview starts at 36:00!⁣
    ⁣
We want to say a HUGE thank you to Larry for being brave enough to share their journey not only as a former BB hun but also as a transgender, non-binary individual. We love you Larry. ⁣
    ⁣
On this episode, we also dive into Red Dress and their alleged fat shaming, Sisterstudio's red flags, the FTC's timeline, DAD's threats (or lack there of), and GG's appearance on the JUICY SCOOP PODCAST! ⁣

  • Allegedly...DAD Gaslights.
    Another day another deep dive....
Daryl-Ann Denner (DAD) lives in her own world. Dare we say.... a fakeality? On this week's episode, we talk about DAD and her recent backlash. Amid the COVID controversy, we take a step back to re-evaluate DAD. Many would say that she has a cult following, but what does Daryl *actually* stand for? Listen to find out why she bought thousands of bot followers to maintain her 1M followers. Listen to see why she's now *allegedly* pushing Target jeans instead of her beloved Abercrombie. Or why Billie is no longer her favorite razor...

  • 8: Allegedly… The Iman Project’s founder, Bree Clarke, uses her race, name and seniority within the Dallas area to *destroy* local small businesses AND their owners.

    Another week, another deep dive…

Sorry is not enough, when it comes to Bree Clarke. We discuss how Bree uses her status and company to belittle and gaslight women. Specifically, struggling female business owners. We’re not talking about one or two women. No no… try 50+ people over the span of 10 years!

We talk with Kim O, a former bff and current victim of Bree Clarke. Kim is also a survivor of domestic violence so Bree… you messed with the wrong B! No. More. Abuse. PLEASE SHARE this episode so Bree is forced to be held accountable!

  • 7: Allegedly... IYKYK, YK?

If you know you know, ya know? During this episode we expose, she who shall not be named. Yes, like Voldemort... only less important but equally as vile. We refer to her as, "Blogger Girl" w/ a "Page". She is known for creating a space dedicated to harassing, outing, bullying, belittling and more - Blogger Girl has referred to herself as "human trash" with "no boundaries". She goes after bloggers, influencers, mothers, you name it.

Okay okay... I know you might be thinking: What's the difference between her and us? Listen to find out.

It’s time to stand up to bullying and unsubstantiated hate. No one has the right to snark on you for what you look like OR things you cannot control. The convo on this episode was unplanned and raw. We were able to empathize w/ influencers in ways we didn't before and really examined the vicious cycle of social media.
