This week being World Allergy Week, the focus is on anaphylaxis risks, treatment, and prevention. Anaphylaxis is said to be a severe life-threatening allergic reaction to food, insect venom and medications. The sad part is that the number of people who are experiencing it around the world is said to be rising.
