Kristin Naëtt van Niekerk is the Head of Legal and Compliance for Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty Africa. She is responsible for setting up and implementing all the relevant and appropriate legal, governance, and compliance structures for AGCS in South Africa.
She undertakes a broad range of work including legal risk management, regulation, corporate governance, transactional work, business process change management, and managing legal spending.
She is the sole lawyer responsible for all legal and compliance focus areas within Africa for Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty.
