Allison was yearning to go on an adventure and sent out an email asking her friends if they were interested in climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. She teamed up with a mutual friend Danielle and they began training for an adventure of a lifetime. After climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, they felt it was such a transformative experience that they couldn’t just go back to their regular lives again. Believing that there were other women out there who wanted to get high on adventure, they Co-Founded WHOA Travel. A boutique high adventure travel company FOR adventurous women BY adventurous women. WHOA creates an atmosphere of sisterhood, for those seeking to get out of their comfort zone, learn about different cultures, and see beautiful scenery of this amazing world.
