Allison Heiliczer is a Singapore-based psychotherapist who specializes in working with adult individuals, couples, and professionals. She is the founder of "Rethink The Couch," which believes that conversations about mental health should be accessible to all and that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Allison has also launched therapy groups, including one for male refugees and asylum seekers in Hong Kong and another for women experiencing postnatal depression and anxiety.
