Allison Patton graduated with Full-time Web Development Cohort 34.

I am an organized web developer who went from utilizing web applications that could help clients speak, to wanting to code them. Formerly as a Speech Language Pathologist, it was my job to diagnose language disorders and devise a plan to help the client access the correct syntax to get their message across. Many of the clients I worked with were non-verbal and required some form of technology to communicate. I had a blast tackling the intricate challenges of configuring apps to specific users in order to teach them to communicate by text to speech buttons.
