A small intro episode. I wanted to give you listeners a bit of my back story. I journey briefly into my family and what shaped me, my past with substance abuse, the birth of my daughter, my breast cancer story,  and my core beliefs. In truth there is much I want to tell you! But we have lots of time, and we will get to (almost) all of my tales eventually.
