In this episode, Allow me to reintroduce myself, I visit the idea of your heart posture in the control of your life. Super excited for Season 3 because I personally feel like this season is a rebirth of me in a new decade of my life and I am excited for the woman I have worked hard to develop and continue to grow and water every single day.
