In today's podcast you get to meet Nikki Catallo. She shares with Vikki Luna and Lisa Casarez how much her life changed when God came and asked her to serve. It all started when her best friend encouraged her to be a mentor to women suffering from substance abuse. While mentoring, she bonded with a woman struggling to stay sober. She stuck with her through the good and the bad. Even through the point where this person found herself pregnant and in jail. When the time came, Nikki took the baby home at the bequest of the mother. The woman and the father of the baby eventually lost all parental rights to their child. But that didn't matter since the baby already had a loving home. However, God tested her faith once more when she found out the little girl had brain cancer. Nikki, along with her family, pushed through and their faith in God never faltered. She is happy to report the baby is now cancer free.
