In episode 22, we look at when and how to be involved in other people's reality or not.  Many people make a conscious effort to go out and help people to the point where they would like people spared from intense situations.  When is assistance impeding growth and self-empowerment?

We look at compassion, real compassion, and an inverted version that enables a disempowered state, which many people use as an automatic default.  When it comes to people close to us going through some challenging times, we, in some way, lose the broader perspective of what is taking place and jump in to change things, losing the full opportunity that is available for each party involved to evolve.  Most certainly, it can seem hard to watch and not intervene in changing the situation for the person going through the challenge.  Our role is not to intervene in removing the situation; it is about sharing an observation and sharing a broader perspective so the person involved can make a conscious shift in their situation when they are ready.

It is about knowing what our true role is in each situation.
