Our brain has a fantastic ability to solve problems but sometimes it can become rumination. Then it is a great skill to be able to take a step back, allow everything to be just as it is, and for a moment not change anything. In this meditation we go into this state and allow the mind to become silent, then we observe the stillness. This allows us to come back to awareness so we easier can solve our problems when we come back from meditation.
