As lawmakers convene for the special session in Austin, there is a growing concern among many democrats on the redistricting effort which is listed as a part of the session. Former Congressman Colin Allred, who is in his second attempt at a U. S. Senate run, says republicans saying they want to pick up five seats out of the redistricting effort should worry everybody.
