We spoke with the incredible and inspirational Jane Cubbin on the Diversitea podcast the other day. Jane spoke about her journey as a Mother as her son, Charlie battled his mental health, gender dysphoria, his younger brother having cancer and the process to transitioning. We couldn't help but get a lump in our throats. Not only is she incredibly passionate about trans rights and visibility, this lead to her working in D&I. Not all families are supportive when it comes to LGBTQ+ inclusion. She speaks so honestly about wanting the best for Charlie and we saw it, in everything she said. If only there were more Janes in the world. 🌍
