Welcome to my podcast! I’m grateful that you’re here. I’m here to share stories. It’s my intention to entertain and help prevent suffering through storytelling. We heal together through sharing our experiences, and can help prevent others from suffering by talking about our wrong turns and tough times. There is beauty interwoven with our shadows. I look at the shadow as an individual’s hidden regrets, mistakes and secrets. Friends, enemies—we are one human family. Everyone has a story to tell and no one is perfect.
