Alon Ben-Gurion is the grandson of David Ben-Gurion, the founder of the State of Israel. He was born in Israel in 1951 and was severely wounded in the Yom Kippur War. He is passionate about preserving the history and culture of Israel, especially the Negev desert, where his grandfather lived and is buried.
