People would usually think that being lonely is a bad thing. In reality, being alone allows you to find yourself and get to know yourself a little bit more. If your anxiety makes it difficult for you to do simple things like go to the grocery store or eat out alone, then that's a sign for you to take care of yourself. Isolating yourself for a little bit until you're comfortable doing things alone and figuring out why certain things trigger you is okay. Being alone can get lonely but it's necessary for you to grow as a person.
