Alpha Bravo Charlie | The Alphabetical Wilco will be launching on August 3rd.

In 1995 the band wilco was born out of the ashes of alt country band Uncle Tupelo. In the 25 years sense, Jeff tweedy and Wilco have released hundreds of recordings.

On this podcast Jason and Kevin discuss these songs and how, along with a fondness of basset hounds, this band brought two citizens of America and Canada together and showed that world peace might just be possible - through the rock and roll of wilco. We’re going to discuss these songs alphabetically. One by one. Episode by episode. So if you’re discovering this show at the beginning and were hoping to hear our take on “Via Chicago”… You’ve got a bit of a wait ahead of you.

Now, a bit of a disclaimer here before the first episode is even ready for your ears. This show is not a completely original idea. The idea was actually lifted from two podcasts that I am a huge fan of: The alphabetical fugazi which is a great podcast about the music of old school emo pioneers Fugazi and Arcade Fire sings the alphabet. There are other podcast that do the same format such as Alphabetical and Bruce Springsteen sings the alphabet. But the shows that inspired me to steal the concept were the aforementioned Alphabetical Fugazi and Arcade Fire Sings the alphabet. Check those shows out if you like those bands or just podcasts about music in general.

With all of that said, get ready for the first episodes to begin dropping on August 3rd, 2020
