An alpha by definition is a leader. Now the question remains are women leaders? Our response to this question should not be driven by emotion but purely common sense. In every pack there’s an appointed leader. Women can be Alpha's considering they too can be leaders. As men we need to recognize the women of today are not the women of yesterday. Society has evolved and so has our culture and the women. The sooner we recognize the strength of women along with their resilience the sooner we’ll come to recognize our strength as a people. A man is only as strong as the woman standing next to him. Let’s embrace change but not give up our masculinity.
