In today's episode we continue the Alpha & Omega Bible Study series. Today we read Genesis chapters 11-20 which covers the stories of Abram and his family from Tower of Babel up until just before the birth of Isaac.

Already this year we have seen God show up and move powerfully among his people. There is a hunger for Jesus that is stronger than we have ever seen and he has shown up to answer the hunger with revivals have breaking out around the world. Lent is traditionally viewed as a time of mourning sins and fasting. However, “Can the wedding guests fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast." Mark 2:19 (ESV)

With that in mind we designed this Lent study to be a feast of the word, to recenter and fill ourselves. We will tackle six books in six weeks so expect the pace to be fast, but you should be able to complete each day's reading in less than 1 hour per day. In this episode we cover Genesis 11-20.
