In today's world we seem to like to put labels on people. While a lot of those labels are either B.S. or are weaponized to oppress or discriminate against certain people, some labels are useful; especially when self-evaluating.

As an example, consider the labels of Alpha, Beta, or Sigma. When using labels, the pitfall you want to avoid is considering these labels to be absolutes. People, including you, are too complex to be able to define them with just a single label.

With that understanding in mind, let's take a few minutes to consider how these labels may help you understand yourself.
