Alphonso Dorsey was the victim of a vicious homicide at C.F.R.C. at the hands of correctional officers. He was taken to the Y-dormitory confinement unit and beaten to death. Officers alleged that he was combative, but when the audio surveillance was reviewed, Dorsey could be heard screaming for lord jesus. One of his killers, Ryan Palacios, was cleared and subsequently promoted to sergeant.
