In this (long promised) episode I discuss everything that's awesome about the Alsace wine region in France!
We go over the grape varieties, soil types, winemaking, other cool things to do and see in the region, and go on and on about how beautiful and worth visiting this special region is!
Pt. 2 (and if needed: 3) will cover the wineries we visited and use that to go deeper on the grape varieties, soil types, and winemaking.
