In today's podcast I talk about the five stages of personal growth. Why, when we think we are over a pattern, we are not. Breaking a cycle before it's natural ending means you simply must begin the cycle again in different form. No matter what you do to escape the negative pattern, it will continue to reappear. This can wreak havoc on relationships and finances.

Are you tired of attracting the same types of relationships over and over? Relationships give us awareness of ourselves. But it's not in the relationship where we necessarily learn. It's after the relationship ends where we have the ability to integrate, grow and come into balance. The longer the relationship, the longer the integration. Those who rush right into things, well, you take several steps back because you didn't take the time to learn. Learning is ALWAYS in the integration. Which is why you continue to experience hurt, toxic relationships, heartache, and cyclical patterns. The honeymoon phase, never lasts forever. In today's podcast I share my lessons over the years, what my previous partners have taught me and what I'm doing to prepare for my "life partner."

For years I was one of those people who thought I needed to constantly be busy in order to get things done. Where did that get me?? Working very hard with very little results! Frustration! Overwhelm!! A never ending to do list!! When I learned that creation does not occur in the conscious mind (intellect) it occurs in the super conscious mind (intelligence), not only could I get the rest I needed, I was able to create more, get more done, in a very short amount of time. Without worry! Without frustration! Without overwhelm! A project I thought was going to take me days, took me two hours!! Learn how you can do that yourself.

How many times have I heard: why do you attract "these" kinds of men in your life? How does a powerful woman like you get into a relationship like that? My entire "love" life has been a chronic disappointment. I tend to attract relationships with men who cannot take care of themselves. Who need me. Who cannot maintain an income. Who are incapable of caring for me. Men who put themselves on a pedestal and think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread, yet have nothing to show. Men who are dishonest, pathological liars. This is the story of my love life and the REAL reason I attracted them into my life. And how I put an end to it.

This world is so full of stimulation, it's almost impossible to be present. We have a laundry list of things "to do." Unfortunately, most people in this world suffer from a form of depression and/or anxiety. Both are a result of living in the past or the future. To solve this problem there is only one solution, to become present. In this episode, I discuss how we can come to a place of neutrality by using the past and future as allies.

Generational trauma carries through our DNA and plays a time that affect our lives in such a way we are deeply unconscious about. Until we bring the unconscious, conscious, we can never live truly fulfilled lives.

We have deep, deep programs that run through our DNA that are passed down from generation to generation that keep you from what you desire in your current lifetime. I dive into some of those programs that have been passed down over the generations.

We've all experienced trauma in our lives, however most people choose to run from the trauma and focus on the good. (No bueno) Those who choose who choose to not run and make friends with the trauma are amongst the top 5% most powerful people in the world.
