Alan spent his career in financial planning, having earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Family Financial Planning from the University of Georgia. After years working for a few fee-only RIAs and having been let go from his last one, Alan decided it was time for a path change. So in 2012, at the ripe age of 25, Alan started his own RIA, Serenity Financial Consulting, a name which fit his vision of spending his days helping his own generation navigate financial planning and wealth building.
