This week’s astrology forecast is basically a cosmic reality check. With a Full Moon in Aries sitting between Neptune and Saturn, we’re being asked to look at the gap between what we want to be true and what’s actually true—and, unfortunately, Saturn would like to know what we’re planning to do about it. Add Mars squaring Chiron, and old wounds around worth, visibility, vulnerability, and taking action can get activated, especially when we’re trying to move forward but still letting an old version of ourselves call the shots. We’ll break down what this energy could look like for each rising sign, from relationships and career to money, health, family, and the deeply annoying realization that sometimes something actually does need to change.

We talk a lot about the life we want—the relationship, the friendships, the job, the lifestyle, the version of ourselves we’re becoming. But we don’t always want to talk about what that life actually requires from us. This week is basically a confrontation with avoidance: we say we want intimacy, but please don’t trigger me. We want a new job, but I’d like to keep my old one too. We want personal growth, preferably without the uncomfortable part. So this week we’re talking the ways we disguise avoidance as boundaries or “knowing what’s right for us." Sometimes we’re not stuck—we’re just avoiding the part where we actually have to do something differently.

This week, Venus moves from Libra into Scorpio, shifting the focus in our relationships from “How do we make this work?” to “Okay, but what is actually going on here?” We’re getting a little less interested in presenting our closing arguments and a little more interested in understanding what’s underneath the conflict—what we’re protecting, what we actually need, and why the same conversation keeps somehow finding a new way to happen. With the Virgo New Moon, we’re also being asked to turn those realizations into actual practices, because “we need to communicate better” is a lovely sentiment but, unfortunately, not a communication strategy. Then we’ll take a look at how all of this plays out for each rising sign.

What if half of our conflicts aren’t actually about being right, but about needing to be understood? In this episode, I’m talking about the difference between wanting someone to understand us and genuinely wanting to understand them—and how easily conflict can turn into two people presenting closing arguments instead of actually listening. We get into defensiveness, emotional safety, the pursue/withdraw feedback loop, and what happens when we stop trying to prove our intentions and get curious about the other person’s experience instead.

In this episode, we’re talking about the shame of wanting something badly enough that other people might witness you pursuing it—and what happens when self-protection starts masquerading as prudence. Through the lens of Mars square Saturn and Jupiter in Leo, we explore the fear of being cringe, failing publicly, changing your mind, being bad at something, or simply admitting what you really want. What would happen if you stopped requiring your desires to be defensible before allowing yourself to have them? This week’s Pisces Lunar Eclipse brings us to a major turning point in a story that’s been unfolding since September 2024. As we close out the Pisces side of this eclipse series, we’re being asked to reflect on what has changed, what has reached its natural end, and what we may be ready to stop holding onto. This episode explores eclipses as part of a larger arc of time—and what happens when we stop preserving the possibility of what could be long enough to let reality give us an answer. Sometimes the real culmination isn’t getting the outcome we hoped for; it’s finally realizing that we’d rather know and grieve than wonder forever.

In this episode, I explore the seductive comfort of what if—and what we may be protecting when we refuse to find out what’s actually possible.
