The dog days of the season are upon us so why not talk about the upcoming divisions and how they will look and in this case the Atlantic

Zach Staden starts it off with the Bruins as they get weaker down the middle but solidify their goalie position (0:50), the young and hungry Sabres and why we should temper expectations (4:11), how the Detriot Red Wings may be in tough for this season but have a lot to look forward to (7:35), the Eastern Conference Champion Panthers and what they will look to do (10:17), the Habs and their interesting team to say the least (12:19), the Senators and how they could be a top three team in the Atlantic this season (16:14), the always pesky Bolts and how Zach feels their team might be on the downward trend (19:08), and finally the Maple Leafs and how their weird offseason could be a blessing or a curse (21:23)
