You can always do your best, don’t you think? I’m not talking about perfection here, I'm referring to trying to see every rising, every moment, every breath, as an opportunity to try your best. Why? Because you can only try, consciously, you trying means that you care, that you are actively engaged and aware, and that you can also acknowledge that if you didn’t do something as you would have wanted to, you can definitely try AGAIN. Remember you are not alone, because I do too, work on doing my best every single day. As a coach I can help you do your very best!!!
