Hey Empowered Parents!  Here's another episode  based on the amazing book called The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz!

In today's episode we talk about Agreement 4/4: Always Do Your Best; What is meant by that and why it's so important...and such an awesome agreement to make with your self!🙂

Here we talk about how not to take things personally...and why it's so important.  It takes practice, but is doable for both parents and teenagers alike!

I only recently came upon this book, and because I found it so powerful and relevant for both TEENS an PARENTS (and, well, everyone really!), I now incorporate into my Teen Life Coaching as a tool to booster their self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-belief.  All of which leads to something so many parents want for their kiddos:  self-confidence.

A worthwhile read for sure.
