On this episode of the BMS® Podcast, Danielle welcomes NBR® Educator Julia Ward onto the show!   Letting go….   That is the biggest struggle that we ALL have to face at some point or another.   That is something that almost every entrepreneur will struggle with. You have to always be dialed into the goal you’re striving for.   You have an idea of what success looks like for you. You know the general direction that you’re headed. So, once you hit that, you get comfortable.   Once you get comfortable you  think that nothing else will be hard because you made it. You finally made it & all the hard parts are over.   Wrong.   It's okay to want to be MORE successful. Even though you just hit your goal, it's normal even to want MORE. To think “Now what?”   Our advice: don’t ever be satisfied with where you are at.   You always want to grow and evolve. You are always going to hit those goals, and you want to KEEP hitting goals.   It's not easy, but it's worth it.   You get to a place where you have to just let go.
