In Luke 9:23 in the Bible, Jesus said whoever wants to be a Christian MUST take up and carry a cross every single day. Carrying a cross involves sacrifice. It means living each and every day for Jesus, and giving Him control of our job, our marriage, our family, our finances and our free time. Its easy to wear a cross, but its difficult to carry one.
