To be able to perform at the highest level of any given competition you need preparation in terms of physical practice but more importantly in terms of mindset. Your mindset is what keep you alive through the tough times. We’re in a society where they put in your head a good amount of false beliefs, and those beliefs are keeping under your true potential every single day, you have to learn how to unlearn.
