Today is a solo episode by Alex, discussing the brutal murder of Elizabeth Olten who was a 9-year-old girl living in St. Martins, Missouri. Elizabeth was friends with her 6-year-old neighbor named Emma, and they often played together. But no one knew what Emma's older sister had planned to do on a random Wednesday evening in October of 2009. Alyssa used her younger sister to draw Elizabeth into a trap before she brutally murdered her and buried her in a shallow grave.
