This is the 1st part in the 1st episode of the year 2025.. So much has been going on, though I have been keeping a brief journal.  So I can go with the flow.

This piece is inspired by the recent rise in the domestic violence cases, especially against women. Re-igniting traumas overcome , from past experiences best forgotten behind.

This particular story, that I refer to in this Podcast piece occurred over 30 years ago.  Though plays fresh in my mind, every time I hear a story similar or even worse. People don't overstand that even though it may have been "decades ago.." the triggers of another experience ,  relights the traumatic experience of that time. Sending many into defence mode, isolation or right back to where it all began in their heads.
